Our story
It began on a walktwenty-five years ago
TimeLink began more than 25 years ago on long walks with my sister and co-founder, Andrea.
On those walks, we talked about everything: our families, our hopes and dreams, and the questions every parent carries quietly. What if something happened to one of us? Would our children know how much we loved them? Would they have our words to lean on when they needed them most?
We wanted our children to have heartfelt messages, words of encouragement, and guidance they could turn to at life's milestones — graduation, weddings, new beginnings. We wanted to share the wisdom we'd gathered along the way, even if we couldn't be there in person.
That conversation stayed with us, and over time the idea grew. Heartfelt words shouldn't only wait for the future. This act of kindness can start today. A note of encouragement, a thank-you, or a simple “I'm proud of you” can change someone's day right now.
Today, TimeLink makes it easy to do both — because the words we share with the people we love matter now and for generations to come.

Three generations
A true family project
My nephew, Ryan, serves as Chief Technology Officer and brought the app to life. My son, Joe, gave it its name: TimeLink, a link between the people in your life and the moments that matter across time. And my mom, my daughter, my niece, my husband, and my brother-in-law — along with many others — tested the app and gave us the honest feedback that shaped how TimeLink works today.
From my mom, Karen, to our children, three generations helped build it. The children we once dreamed of writing to are now building TimeLink alongside us, helping families everywhere do the same.
